Positive Reviews
positive:
Hi-tech little touches.
Rooms are spacious and have great bathrooms, with both baths and separate rainfall showers. Beds are said to be large and comfortable and there are several hi-tech touches in rooms to make guests lives easier; air conditioning is individually-controlled and lighting can be operated by a bedside control unit.
positive:
Central Pattaya location.
Located within walking distance of shopping centres, the beach, numerous street food stands and nightlife, Page 10 is well-located for those looking to explore all that Pattaya has to offer.
positive:
Variety of food.
Previous guests have enjoyed a variety of well-cooked food at the hotel. Breakfast is said to be basic, but well-stocked ,with everything from cereals and toast to eggs, fresh fruit and juice. Evening meal portions are generous and the dining rooms are clean and tidy.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Pack your earplugs.
Thanks, in part, to its central location, you may find yourself affected by noise from nearby bars. Also popular with those looking to utilise the nightlife to its fullest, noise disturbance from other guests is not unknown. It may be a good idea to pack earplugs regardless.
negative:
In a state of disrepair.
Repeat visitors have noted that the hotel has deteriorated at a quick pace. While not in need of a full refurbishment, bathrooms are not as clean as they could be, minor issues have been hurriedly covered with temporary repairs and some paint touch-ups are required. The slippery pool deck, in particular, requires attention.
negative:
Variable staff interactions.
While some have only good things to say about hotel staff, others have experienced rudeness and suggest that not all team members want to be working there. A good level of English is spoken by most, but not all.
