The motel is well maintained and is routinely cleaned. Daily housekeeping is provided and the housekeeping staff are very thorough in their tasks.

The motel is close to very many restaurants, pubs and shops. The beach is just a short walk away and Boardwalk Chapel is a stone throw away. The motel offers good value for money as everything you need is within a reasonable distance.

The front desk staff have superior knowledge of the surrounding area and are quick to recommend popular sites, restaurants and other attractions that they think might be of interest to you. They also are attentive to guests' needs.

A number of guests have raised their concerns due to the absence of an elevator in the building. The stairs are said to be very steep and narrow and although the establishment has few floors, moving up and down can be a bit of a challenge especially for the elderly or mobility impaired.

The Wi-Fi signal is very weak if at all present in some of the rooms. Guests complained regarding the slow speeds that are experienced in a few public areas.

Some guests complained about the state of the bathrooms. A number of showerheads and taps needed replacing as they were rusty and old. A few complained about the bathtubs being dirty and the weak water pressure experienced when taking a shower.
