Positive Reviews
positive:
Art Deco Coolness.
The hotel furnishings are pretty cool. The decor style has an art-deco feel to it and the architecture is quite interesting as well. However, it is hard to tell if this is done purposely or if the hotel appearance is naively out-of-date.
positive:
Location Is Nice.
The hotel location is wonderful overlooking the river and near the centre of town. Access to restaurants and shops is easily accessible as well.
positive:
Most Of What You Need Is There.
Rooms are adequately furnished and clean. Parking at the hotel is relatively cheap and there's more than enough space for hotel visitors. The reception is quite helpful and customer service is readily on hand to help with any issues.
Negative Reviews
negative:
The street Noise.
You are almost guaranteed to be up most of the night due to the street noise. It doesn't help that the windows are not soundproof.

Where's The Food Service?.
It seems that the so-called around-the-clock food service doesn't exist. You may end up at the local supermarket to purchase your meal. Breakfast ends at 10:00 am, which is really not too early; however, it's not round-the-clock either.

Climbing The Stairs Might Be Difficult.
If you are bogged down with heavy luggage or a lot of luggage, or if you have young kids with you plus a stroller, the stairs are going to be a bit difficult. The property could use an update; however, this may depend upon your taste in décor.
