Suites are very spacious
Guests clearly loved that they were given the luxury of space when it came to their rooms. As long-stay guests they tended to spend a decent amount of time in the suites, so were happy that they were as spacious as the plains many had just traveled across to get there.

Again and again guests would mention how fantastic the staff were. Since most were staying for some time, they tended to get to know many staff members, and felt that they were friendly and always ready to help when required.

Guests really seemed to appreciate having the kitchens available. Since most were staying quite a while, they liked that they could prepare their own healthy and delicious meals, rather than have to rely on fast food and restaurants. They felt they had all the equipment they needed to make themselves some great meals.

Some cleanliness issues
Far too many guests for comfort mentioned problems with the cleanliness of their room. The complaints were numerous, ranging from dirty carpets to other people’s leftovers in the fridge, and guests were not impressed. It did not give them a good first impression.

A remarkable number of guests mentioned unpleasant smells in their room when they first walked in. The culprits were usually said to be wet dogs, old cooking residues or tobacco smoke, but whatever the cause, those affected did not appreciate having to endure them.

A number of guests mentioned that the rooms weren’t quite the height of fashion. It was clearly some time since they had been updated, and guests believed that they needed a refresh, at least, to remain competitive.
