The hotel makes use of electronic key cards for guests to access their room. In some of the instances, guests have had issues as these access key cards kept on getting deactivated and they had to visit reception to get it re-activated.

Seating arrangement and delay in service has been an issue with the hotel’s on-site restaurant. In certain instances, some of the past guests had to wait long to be seated and then for the order to be placed.
