Positive Reviews
positive:
That new room smell
Guests said that the hotel was either very new, or that it had recently undergone a major renovation. The décor and design is new and fresh, and clearly found favor with the guests. They liked both the design itself and the newness of the rooms they were occupying.
positive:
Very comfy beds
It is exceptionally hard for a hotel to select a mattress with very broad appeal, simply because guests' preferences vary so much. Going by guest comments, it seems that this hotel may well have come very close. There were a great many comments that the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and really no complaints to be found.
positive:
In-room fridges and microwaves
All rooms at this hotel have these amenities, and it seems guests really appreciated them. They found it really convenient to be able to keep their cold drinks cold, and more importantly heat up some snacks when a bit hungry, or before settling down to watch a movie.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Problems with dogs barking
While the reviews for the hotel were simply overwhelmingly positive, one issue that did come up was that the pet-friendly policies caused some issues. First among these was that dogs would often bark whenever someone walked down the hallway, causing a racket at the worst possible times.
negative:
Walls a bit thin
Though not mentioned often, a couple of guests did feel that the room walls were a bit thin, resulting in them being able to hear noise form the adjacent rooms.
negative:
Breakfast not up to scratch
A couple of guests didn't feel that the breakfast did the hotel justice. They felt that it was far too basic for them to be able to fill their plates with things they liked
