With a design inspired by Tuscon hill towns, and a location right on Highway-281, La Quinta by Wyndham Marble Falls offers both style and convenience in addition to comfortable accommodation.
The rooms are well equipped with flat screen TV’s, Wi-Fi, microwaves, minibars, coffee makers, work desks and telephones. Some rooms have balconies with lake views.
The gorgeous pool deck has endless views over the surroundings and is the ideal spot to relax on a sun bed. There is also a spa and fully equipped fitness center, as well as laundry facilities for those who have been on the road for some time.
The breakfast served every morning consists of the usual continental staples, as well as a range of hot foods and southern specialties. There are plenty of great restaurants just across the Colorado River in Marble Falls.
The center of Marble Falls can be found just across the river from the hotel.

Great sunsets from the deck
Actually, it wasn't only the sunsets that impressed the guests, but rather the outlook in general. The hotel's pool deck looks out over the surroundings, and guests seemed to find this a lovely spot to admire the view, at sunset and at other times.

Comfortable sofa beds
While usually only used by their younger children, a few guests did go out of their way to report that the sofa beds were actually quite comfortable. Considering the poor reputation sofa beds usually have, they actually seemed a little surprised to be complimenting them.

Great design and décor
It seems that the hotel has been built within a broader planned community, and was required to incorporate a Tuscan theme in its design. The end result seems to have delighted guests, who found it both attractive and a refreshing change from the usual.

Walls are “paper thin”
A couple of guests mentioned that their rooms didn't seem very soundproof. They could easily hear the goings on in adjacent rooms, almost as if they were going on in their own. It was not conducive to good sleep.

Problems with skipped cleaning
A couple of guests mentioned that housekeeping didn't get to their room on some days. They either didn't have a “Do Not Disturb” sign up, or took it down relatively early, so were unsure why their rooms had not been cleaned that day.

While guests didn't directly bring up the question of value for money, quite a few expressed the opinion that the room rates were quite a bit higher than they were used to paying.
