Good location close transport links
The hotel is conveniently located in safe area close to transportation links. Guests can catch a flight at the Cancun Airport that’s a few minutes’ drive away. The bus station that’s easily reachable on foot makes it easy to travel around especially to the city. According to many, the hotel is well priced and all the charges are reasonable.

Many guests were contented with the hotel’s staff as they were very cooperative. Most were pleased when their all their requests were met and fulfilled. They are ever ready to help thus making guests to feel well taken care of and at ease during their stay.

The hotel offers cheaper rates compared to other hotels in the area. The spacious rooms are clean, nice with plenty of natural light that gets into them. Guests were happy with the prices of food items as well as the low-priced rates they got.

Limited Wi-Fi connection in rooms
Though the hotel offers free Wi-Fi in public areas, guests felt that the available signal didn’t reach the rooms as promised. This proved to be quite a problem to many as the signal was better in the lobby as opposed in the rooms.

A number of guests complained about noise being carried easily into the rooms. The walls of a few apartments are quite thin and it’s easy to hear street noise or noisy guests next door.
