Friendly Staff who go Above and Beyond
Staff members at Isleta Resort and Casino go out of their way to accommodate guests and make sure they are having the best stay possible. They are very welcoming and provide a quick and easy check-in, they help guests carry their luggage to their rooms and they are always friendly while maintaining professionalism. All issues are resolved quickly and efficiently and staff have no problem sharing their knowledge of the area with guests.

Excellent Leisure Facilities
The leisure facilities at this hotel are fantastic. Guests reported that the casino is clean and very large with lots of brand new games. Also reported was a spacious and clean pool that always has the right temperature and a hot tub with perfect views for watching the sunset. .

Quiet but Central Location
This hotel is very easy to find right off a main highway. Although the area surrounding the hotel is quiet and off-the-beaten-path from the more crowded touristy areas, it is still close to everything including the Old Town area and many of the popular attractions. .
