Complaints were raised regarding the relatively small size of the rooms. The bathrooms were particularly hard to manoeuvre in without bumping into something.

A number of guests were disappointed by the lack of a microwave, fridge among other appliances in their rooms. They felt that this should be a basic component in guestrooms and considering the three-star status of this hotel, they felt let down that this was not the case.
