A real Andalucian farm situated at 20 km inland of Malaga. The Cortijo is situated at 1 km of the village of Pizarra into the direction of Estación de Cártama. From the village there is a train to Malaga each hour. The complex, located in an old cattle farm of 6000 m2, dates from Arabic times. The hotel is composed of 18 large bedrooms, including 10 duplex, all them with air conditioning and minibar. Most of the rooms are situated around the central patio. The frontal duplex rooms have a private terrace and overlook the garden and pool. Each room is dedicated to an Andalucian artist such as Antonio Banderas, Ángel Peralta, Dani Garcia, Antonio Gala, among others. The restaurant is specialised in meat and creative local dishes. There is a popular Tapas bar and lounge with open fire and TV room. The complex is completed by a congress room with a capacity of 150 persons. Cortijo del Arte is an ideal place for horse riders and for those who love nature and calm. The property organises hiking trips and visits to a private bull farm. The hotel has a privilege situation at the foot of the rock of the saint of Pizarra, beside the Guadalhorce river and surrounded by lots of orange trees.
