Lack of enough parking inconvenienced guests
A few guests complained about the inadequate number of parking spots near the hotel. The parking situation was terrible particularly during the weekend with the influx of locals to the area. A number of guests felt that it was a bit pricey as they had to pay extra money for parking.

The hotel's wireless internet connection is slow
A considerable amount of guests thought the Wi-Fi connection provided by the hotel was too slow for their liking. One had to enter the password ever so often and the signal was constantly dropping.
