A building designed in 1913 by engineer Anghel Saligny’s team, which belonged to a famous lawyer of the time and has become a historic monument thanks to the original structure, located in the center of Constanta, where every breath of wind brings the sound and the smell of the sea, became Carol Hotel recently. Perfectly situated downtown, the hotel is located near the main historical and tourist attractions in Constanta: Museum of Art, Museum of Folk Art, Museum of the Navy, the Museum of History and Archeology, Roman mosaic edifice, Aquarium and Tourist port of Constanta.
