Overall, guests are impressed with the service and friendly welcome they receive at Aida 2 - Naama Bay. The staff at the front desk seem to be particularly polite and capable, putting you at ease and doing everything possible to help you enjoy your stay.
positive:
All-round good value.
This hotel offers good value for money, according to guests, particularly for family stays. The larger family rooms are spacious and have multiple beds, so you can keep everyone together comfortably, and save on the room rate. The leisure activities and private beach add plenty of value too.
Negative Reviews
negative:
The cleaning could be better.
Guests aren't overly impressed with the standards of cleaning, saying that housekeeping isn't all that frequent, sometimes only once a week, and some rooms are dirty, and suffer with insects coming in. Some guests are also put off by the cats which roam around the hotel.
negative:
The pool is on the small side.
While the sea is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, and a popular spot for swimming and water sports, some guests would prefer the hotel to have a larger swimming pool. Its current pool is fine for splashing about or relaxing in, but isn't best suited to swimming lengths.
negative:
Weak WiFi signal.
The WiFi seems to be pretty unreliable, with many guests struggling to get any connection at all within their rooms, although it is advertised as working throughout the hotel. If you need to get online, heading down to the main reception area is probably your best bet for a reasonable signal.
