They felt that the place is well located to many fast food places, all within walking distance, and many restaurants and shops within a very short drive. Guests, especially the ones traveling with children, liked that the zoo was less than a mile from the hotel.

Many guests did not like that the rooms smelt of mold. They attributed the smell to the carpet, which was exposed to lots of beach water and pool water and was almost always damp. Guests needed to open the windows to let in fresh air.

Breakfast service is slow even when the dining room is not busy at all. Guests also said that they were disappointed that the rates did not include breakfast. They felt that they could search for better hotels and travel a bit further to get more value for their money.
