Some Guests Didn't Like the Atrium-Facing Rooms
There are rooms in the property with windows that are oriented to look out onto the indoor atrium, rather than outdoor scenery. Guests occasionally said those rooms seemed to lack privacy, since it made them feel exposed to people who were in the atrium. Furthermore, when guests closed the curtains to get privacy, that sometimes caused claustrophobia.
