positive:
Fantastic customer service from all of the staff.
You have to give credit to the staff here, they do an excellent job of running the hotel and dealing with any requests you have. They are also really friendly and happy to chat about things to do in Fairview Heights.
positive:
A good choice for travelers on a tight budget.
The room rates here are very reasonable and shouldn’t lighten your wallet too much, so if you need to save a few bucks on accommodation this hotel will do the job. You get pretty good room amenities and hotel facilities for your money too.
Negative Reviews
negative:
The levels of cleanliness here are rather poor.
This place isn’t being kept clean enough, and not just the communal areas but the rooms too. Some of the rooms smell like they have been smoked in before and housekeeping doesn’t do a thorough enough job of making up the rooms each day.
negative:
Rooms close to the freeway are simply too noisy.
The big problem that comes with being next to a busy Interstate highway is the traffic noise, and without the necessary soundproofing the rooms here let in way too much noise.
negative:
Getting tatty and in desperate need of renovation.
If you like fresh hotels with everything in near perfect condition then steer clear of Hampton Inn St Louis-Fairview Heights. A top to bottom renovation is needed to make this place a great hotel again.
