Rooms have got ... the lot!
Rooms are very clean with lots of space. Beds are super comfy with all the extras you could wish for. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker … desk, alarm clock etc. It’s got the lot. The bathroom is similarly impressive with an effective extractor fan and great complimentary toiletries. At the end of the day, there’s peace and quiet ... and if you were concerned about possible noise from the nearby elevator – forget it. The elevator is really quiet and not intrusive.

Tops for value.
The hotel isn’t perfect, but the value is ‘gobsmackingly’ brilliant. Maybe the pool could be larger – but it’s still attractive and inviting. The hot tub, though, is huge + almost the same size as the pool! Breakfast is OK but not as impressive as other features. These things aren’t deal breakers though and you only have to listen to the positive comments from other guests who normally stay at higher priced hotels. You'll then realise that you are on to a winner here. Scratching around for something to criticise, you might feel that the midweek social event falls a bit flat and could be discontinued without upsetting anyone.

Sitting pretty.
It’s a great setting + the hotel is ideally located– across the street from the Alerus Center. Also nearby and worth visiting, are Amtrak, Ralph Engelstad Arena and North Dakota Museum of Art.
