Some of the rooms are better than others
Guests reported that they experienced widely varied levels of accommodations at Grand Country Resort. Some had the pleasure of staying in rooms that have been recently renovated. Other's were dismayed to find peeling wallpaper, old cathode ray TV's, and worn carpets.

The walls are thin
Many guests experienced problems with noise pollution. They complained that the walls in the guest rooms were so thin, they could hear people in the hallway even if they were whispering. They also noted that the thin walls did a poor job of insulating them from the cold air outside.

Not the best for the over 10 crowd
This resort seems to be a big hit with kids and moms and dads of kids, but people traveling without children or with teenagers generally weren't as fond of the place, noting that most of the activities are aimed at children.
