Fantasia Houseboats are Deluxe houseboats moored on the west bank of Nigeen Lake with wonderful views of the lake and the Pir Pinjal mountains from the veranda. We specialise in very clean accommodation, personal guest service and great food in a peaceful and relaxing environment. The comfortable rooms each have a double and a single bed, and with a modern attached private bathroom. There is a communal dining room, plus comfortable living room with a flat screen TV with many channels available. Our location gives good access to the famous Mughal gardens of Srinagar, the main town and Old City. Complimentary shikara crossings from Nigeen Club ghat on the east bank and back are offered. There is also land vehicle and walking access. The houseboats are moored to a pretty private garden. Free wifi and parking are available. Shikara boat tours and local vehicle transportation for tours of the Kashmir Valley with helpful drivers are available on request from us.
