Hotel Extended Stay America Select Suites - Wichita - North (Wichita, USA)

Upon check-in at Value Place Wichita North, front desk staff go above and beyond to ensure guests have everything they need and are put in a room that meets all of their needs.  All staff members are always smiling and engaging guests in conversation

Staff members are always working hard to keep the entire property, inside and out, clean and well-maintained.  Guests reported even seeing staff members picking up cigarette butts outside and the guest rooms are cleaned frequently as well.

Although the location is quite peaceful and seemingly remote, the hotel is actually located right off a main highway and is close to many services and amenities, such as restaurants and shops, some of which are within walking distance.

It can get noisy in the rooms and around the hotel at times. This noise comes from several sources including loud refrigerators, a mechanical room that emits noise all day and night, guests walking loudly in the corridors and upper floors and snoring and

Guests reported that although the service is very good, it's slow, particularly when checking in.  There've been reports of waits up to twenty minutes to be checked in because there is often no one readily available at the desk when you enter.

The guest rooms at Value Place Wichita North are very small with little room to move around. Other issues with the rooms include dirty floors, dated decor and furnishings, a lack of amenities, a strange smell and poor-quality blinds that don't fit the win
