Most guests arrive to find their rooms sparkling clean, and note that the housekeeping team remains attentive throughout their stay. The pool and gym areas are similarly well-maintained.

Convenient Location
Drivers note that the hotel is easy to find off the I-95, and that the hotel is well located for travels into Concord, Lexington, or Providence. The free parking is also well appreciated, particularly given the going nightly rate in Boston. The Riverside T station is about a 10-minute drive, and then the trip into downtown Boston takes about 40 minutes.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Not pedestrian friendly.
Though the hotel's location just off the freeway is ideal for drivers, guests note that there are no restaurants and few other amenities within walking distance. Cabs are reportedly fairly pricey as well.
negative:
Wi-Fi is free...in the lobby
Several guests are not pleased to find the in-room Wi-Fi is charged separately, and many end up spending time in the lobby to access the free service there. However, because the building is designed around an atrium, the noise easily travels to rooms on lower floors.
negative:
Nobody's perfect.
Though most guests are pleased with the customer service, a few were disappointed that their noise complaints were not addressed effectively, A few others had housekeeping oversights to report.
