The rooms at this hotel are said to be extremely clean and very well laid out. You have a nice seating area to watch TV, and the beds are incredibly comfy. The whole place is actually quite clean which is unusual for a pet-friendly hotel.
The people that work here are polite and courteous. They are not over-friendly, but most guests appreciate this as they are left to their own devices. If you have any questions about the area all you have to do is ask.
This is a very nice area, and there are many shops and restaurants around the neighborhood. You’ll find that there are plenty of places to visit too, and the interstate makes it very convenient to get around.
The Wi-Fi service in this hotel is very poor, and that’s even after you have paid for a premium service. It’s intermittent at best, and there are real problems with trying to open emails and just simple browsing. Don’t expect to be able to use it.
You get the feeling that at this hotel it’s all about the money. There are so many hidden charges such as a fee for the use of a microwave, paid breakfast, paid Wi-Fi, and more. These amenities are usually free at other hotels so why not here?
