Great start to the day
The breakfast buffet is said to be cooked to perfection, and even the cold items are quite fresh. It is a paid meal, but that doesn't stop guests from commenting on how delicious it is. Great value for money for such a good start to the day.

The hotel is set in a peaceful area, but there are still plenty of things to do within easy walking distance. There are bars, restaurants and lots of shops to choose from so you won't be stuck for something to do.

A warm cookie welcome
The cookie that is offered to guests upon arrival is delicious and makes people feel like they are visiting a family home rather than a hotel. It's a very nice touch that many guests are impressed by.

Not as clean as it could be
The housekeeping staff aren't on top of their game at this hotel as there have been a few complaints about rooms not being cleaned properly during stays and before check-in. Dusty window sills and bathrooms that are dirty are just a couple of the issues encountered.

The staff at the hotel can be helpful to some guests but not to others. This is not an ideal situation as it implies a lack of customer training. Perhaps more time should be spent on customer service refresher courses.

The hotel has been renovated, but some guests have noted that the work wasn't done very well. They found sloppy paint work and construction debris still within some of the rooms. Not a pleasant surprise when checking into a newly renovated room.
