Hotel Dormy Inn Premium Namba Natural Hot Spring (Osaka, Japan)

The excellent location of the hotel, which is in the heart of Namba, is one of the main reasons why guests enjoyed this accommodation. The hotel also offers easy access to the subway, Kuromon market, famous food shops such as Foodarium and Family Mart, and popular shopping destinations in Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi.

Aside from the satisfying breakfast, most guests took advantage of the free ramen or noodles offered for evening meal. Guests enjoyed the unlimited bowls of free soba, which were unexpectedly delicious, plus Japanese kimchi and drinks which were consumed at the on-site restaurant.

After a long and tiring day, guests have enjoyed soaking in the free "Onsen" facility for men and women on-site. Women were given pass codes, which changed regularly for security purposes, while the men were given key cards for exclusive access.

Most of the negative reviews were given by guests who were uncomfortable with the small size of the rooms. The rooms were smaller than the standard rooms so it has been difficult for guests to store their large suitcases. Those who were tall also had problems moving around the room due to compact set up.

Since the hotel is facing a major road, most guests have difficulty getting proper sleep at night due to the loud noise coming from the vehicles passing along especially during midnight. Guests are advised to wear earplugs for convenience.

The unfriendly attitude of the staff at times was quite disappointing according to previous guests. The staff did not provide high quality assistance and did not accommodate guests' special requests such as shuttle bus schedules and massage bookings.
