Due to its convenient location, most guests are extremely satisfied and have enjoyed their overall stay! The hotel is near the UMN campus, Rosedale shopping center, great restaurants, and major highways. Moreover, it has a practical spot for those who wanted to roam around Twin cities.
Most guests admired the comfortable and fully equipped accommodations! Rooms include a flat screen TV with great channels and a private balcony for guests. Furthermore, the rooms are extremely clean and reasonably priced.
Guests were disappointed with the many different noises coming from both inside and outside the room. The traffic noise was crazy and guests can hear noises from laundry equipment when their room was near the laundry area. Loud screaming from kids within the halls was also noted by previous guests.
Since the breakfast was not complimentary, most guests were upset with both the quality and the cost of the food offered at the hotel. The rate was quite unreasonable for the quality of the breakfast offered. However, you can just check out nearby restaurants within the area for more food variety.
Guests had some issues with the actual layout of the bathroom area. The sink was outside of the bathroom with no shelves or counters that will serve as storage to put toiletries. Guests also expressed that the bathrooms was bare, very basic and was poorly done.
