Hotel is very self-contained
Going through the reviews, one got the message that guests considered the hotel very self-contained, containing pretty much all they needed, at least for a short stay. Unlike many other hotels, where guests feel they must seek out restaurants or other services elsewhere, guests here were quite happy to stay at this hotel and meet all their needs there.

Great location
Of course, pretty much all the guests at this hotel were flying into or out of Beijing Capital Airport. They mentioned that there simply couldn't be a more convenient location for an airport hotel, unless it was actually right in the terminal.

Excellent food throughout
Guests were very impressed with the restaurants at the hotel. There are five of them and it was near impossible to find a bad review of any of them. Guests seemed quite content to satisfy their hunger at one of the hotel's restaurants, and were confident that they would not be disappointed.

Some confusion with the shuttle
The hotel provides a free shuttle for guests arriving at Terminal Three. A number did find it difficult to actually find it, with the size of the terminal and the large number of different shuttles vying for position outside, causing quite a bit of confusion.

Painfully slow check-in
An extraordinary number of guests reported that their check-in seemed to drag on forever and ever. Thy couldn't really see any reason for it taking so long, and of course after what was often a very log flight they simply wanted to get to their rooms and crash.
