Rooms need renovating
The reviews from previous guests explain the rooms are in need of a revamp. Paint is peeling from the walls, carpets look tired and curtains are drab.

Radiators dont work
Some of the room reviews state the radiators do not work and the porter has to come and supply electric heaters. This issue may have been resolved however there are reviews mentioning the whole hotel is cold in the winter.

Long wait to be served at breakfast
As the hotel is a very popular busy place, the waiting time at breakfast has sometimes been as long as an hour for some previous guests. Those waiting for dinner have also stated there are huge gaps between each course and they even had to ask for cutlery.
