About Caley
Dating back to 1648, Caley offers dining and en-suite bed and breakfast accommodation in the north west Norfolk coastal village of Old Hunstanton.
Formerly old farm buildings, these have been transformed into spacious and comfortably furnished en-suite rooms, featuring a refrigerator, hairdryer, CD and DVD player, colour television and beverage making facilities.
Free parking is available plus free Wi-Fi in the internal communal areas. Packed lunches, luggage storage, laundry and fax services are also offered. The area is popular with walkers, cyclists, golfers and tourists and the hotel is set in a quiet parkland location.
A wide ranging buffet breakfast is served each morning and the later dining menu offers considerable choices of speciality dishes.
From Caley Hall, it is just a 10-minute stroll to Old Hunstanton’s glorious beaches and King’s Lynn is just a half hour drive away.

Quiet rooms.
Rooms are separate from the restaurant, bar etc; and that’s a good thing in that they don’t suffer from any associated noise. Another great feature is that if, for any reason, you want a meal in your room, no problem.

High price of quality.
Put a padlock on your wallet. This region nestles in a charming time warp of years gone by. They are on the ball with pricing though and bar and food prices indicate some over enthusiasm in that direction.
negative:
Poor soundproofing.
If fellow guests have an argument, or even if they turn the TV on, or snore, you’ll hear it.
negative:
Courtyard dash for dinner.
It happens at breakfast as well, of course; but the dash across the courtyard in pouring rain in order to eat, can put a bit of a dampener on things.
