Unsatisfying breakfast quality

Uncomfortable beds and pillows
Guests were quite displeased with the quality of the beds used in the rooms. They were dirty and some strands of hair were still on the bed upon check-in. The pillows also were too soft and have bumpy texture.

Pet-friendly vs. Human-friendly
Since the hotel is a pet-friendly property, most guests had difficulty adjusting with the noise from the dogs that bark during the night, as well as the smell that stays in the room despite continuous housekeeping efforts. Some guests also had allergies from pets so they had to take medications.
