Best Western Plus Plaza Hotel (Longmont, USA)

The breakfast was found to be a great amenity to have in the morning since it was included in the price. The buffet had plenty of options and it was a full breakfast. It was enough to fill most guest’s morning hunger.

The location were found to be convenient since it was near various restaurants, shopping centers and other stores. It is also within driving distance from Denver, its airport and the surrounding mountain range. The location was ideal for tourist and business purposes.

The hotel was found to be nice and well maintained by most guests. They also enjoyed the comfortable and clean environment of the rooms. The rooms were spacious and the furnishings were comfortable. The showers were modern as well as the bathrooms.

Guests felt that the hotel was a bit overpriced for what it offered. There were some positives like the free breakfast and toiletries, but there were signs of the hotel being worn. The staff seemed disconnected from their job. The place is ok but not worth the price.

There were rooms facing the street which were found to be loud and annoying for guests. The train that passes by every two house at night did not let them sleep.

Guests were upset at the small size of the rooms and the short number of beds available. It seems that because of the small size, the hotel can only place so much beds and sofas inside. The bathrooms only allowed for one person to use it at a time.
