The rooms are large and clean with spacious bathrooms. The beds are also very comfortable and the coffee making facilities are appreciated. Some offer really lovely views of the nearby river, ocean and the surrounding landscape.

The people working at this hotel are extremely pleasant, but also professional and polite. They are more than happy to answer any queries or to help in any way and their attitude is one of the plus points of staying here.

This hotel provides amenities normally found in larger, higher priced hotels. The provision of parking, valet parking, bar, room service along with the on-site casino in combination with comfortable rooms represent good value for money considering the services available.

A number of guests found that their rooms smelled of stale cigarette smoke. However, a refurbishment is planned to remedy this situation, so lingering smoke odors shouldn't be an issue for future guests.

The food served isn't anything special. The menu on offer doesn't offer a wide enough variety for some and these guests choose to eat in the nearby town rather than in the hotel restaurant.

There is an underground parking space for hotel guests, but those visiting the casino often use this. There is valet parking for casino and hotel visitors but it isn't often used, those staying in the hotel may find there are no parking spaces left for their cars.
