Ban Chunsongsang is a Northern Thai home stay in the countryside of Doi Saket district, Chiang Mai Thailand. The peaceful place surrounded with the garden and rice field is perfect for a true nature lover seeking pleasant relaxation and to feel at home. We are located in the northeast, 17 km from Chiang Mai city and 7 kilometers from San Kamphaeng Handicraft center. Our family run a small business in a village known as Thai dessert factory and wood carving factory for over 40 years. We also provide the handicraft workshop and Thai dessert cooking class. Our countryside village set among the cultural working groups consists of crafted products, wood carving, soap carving, portrait art, Buddhistic art, Saa paper-making, Saa paper products, silverware, lacquer-ware, jewelry making, silk – cotton woven, garment, leather-ware and Thai traditional massage. Enjoy cycling around the village seeing the Thai life style and temples. As the local people are artisans and farmers the rice fields and people at work are commonly seen along the road. We may not be the lap of luxury, but we will welcome you to our traditional Thai home stay with Thai-style hospitality at a very reasonable rate.
