Negative Reviews
negative:
Located quite far from the city centre
Quite a number of guests felt that the hotel was a bit farther than they had anticipated from the city centre. If you have frequent dealings in the city, it can be quite a hassle even though free shuttle is provided. Opting for a taxi is also quite expensive.
negative:
Wi-Fi signal keeps going on and off
Though there was free Wi-Fi, the signal was non-existent in some areas. At times accessing it can be quite frustrating as the signal frequently drops. If you're lucky to connect to it, surfing the internet is only manageable at slow speeds.
negative:
Sound proofing in rooms is rather poor
Guests have complained that the walls are too thin and it is very easy to hear the goings on in the neighbouring rooms. Furthermore, outside noise from barking dogs and crowing roosters can hinder a good night's rest.
