The staff is a great asset here. The staff members have been described as friendly, helpful and ready to go out of their way to assist their guests, displaying a high standard of customer service.

This is a budget hotel, located in a convenient place for Anaheim Convention Center, the Los Angeles Angels' stadium and of course, Disneyland, which just walking distance away. Having these extremely popular attractions in the locality of the hotel gives it a tremendous advantage. The hotel is also within walking distance of grocery stores and budget-priced places to eat, which makes it a really attractive location to stay in for budget travellers at Anaheim.

The pool and spa facilities are great and considering that this is a budget hotel, this is a wonderful bonus for the guests. Many of those who stayed here have derived great enjoyment and comfort from the spa facilities available, especially after a long day walking around in Disneyland.

The Wi-Fi signal here is not very strong and some say it is not worth even trying to get Internet connectivity here. Some guests feel that the strength of the signal really depends on how close a device is located to the office when trying to connect with the Internet.

It has been experienced that even when guests requested not to be disturbed after a late night, cleaning staff came into the room to do their job, which was inconvenient, especially when the 'do not disturb' sign had been used.

The hotel does not supply an electric kettle in the room, which makes it impossible to arrange a quick cup of tea or coffee when needed.
