Negative Reviews
negative:
Predictably small rooms
The rooms in the hotel are obviously narrow and not that spacious. While this is expected when staying in Japan, guests feel like the additional space would be a very welcome luxury.
negative:
Lack of English TV channels is inconvenient
Each room is equipped with a TV for additional entertainment. However, many guests are disappointed because there are very few, or rather no available English TV programme for viewing. This issue was particularly inconvenient for guests who enjoy just relaxing in their rooms with their favourite shows on screen.
negative:
No in-room wardrobes
There are no available wardrobes in each room. Guests had to do with hanging their clothes on the wall, and keeping most in their luggage. While this wasn’t a major issue, guests felt a little bit uncomfortable with the setting.
