Guests were delighted to see the rooms in tip-top shape. Beds were comfortable with clean and crisp bedding. Each room was exceptionally clean and bright and had a balcony with a view of the street. The floorings were laminated which helped maintain the cleanliness.

The property's location is very strategic according to guests. It is an ideal base especially for local shopping and looking for some nice places to eat. Metro Station is only ten minutes away, and taxis are always handy because of the central location.

Complaints on hidden charges
Many previous guests complained about the hidden charges that were billed to them upon check out. They were surprised when the hotel charged them with airport transfers when it was stated in the Website that transfers were free. Moreover, some were even overcharged because they apparently checked-out late.

Basic and limited breakfast meal
The quality of breakfast needed improvement according to most guests. Meal was very limited that guests felt they had very few choices of food to eat. Fried eggs were not even included in their menu for breakfast. Furthermore, their toaster was just a sandwich toaster which was not good in making toasts.

Guests complained about the disappointing Internet service in this hotel, as it kept on disconnecting and they found it difficult to get a steady access. They suggested that this service badly needs upgrade to serve its purpose well.
