The continental breakfast served each morning is plentiful with lots of hot and cold items to choose from. The food is well-prepared, delicious, filling and served in a lovely area with friendly and helpful staff. .

Staff Seem Indifferent and Uncaring
Some Staff members seem like they don't really care about guests and their experience at the hotel. Guests reported that staff put little effort into solving issues, they don't provide an apology when things go wrong and they don't answer the phone at the desk when guests call. They also forget to make wake-up calls, they aren't flexible with special requests, they become rude and defensive when complaints are made and cleaning staff enter rooms without knocking even when the "do not disturb" sign is on the door.

Guests reported that there is a lot of noise around the hotel coming from several sources including dogs barking in nearby rooms, doors slamming, loud air conditioning units and street traffic. .

The guest rooms are quite small with little room to move about and store items. Guests also reported a lot of dust, broken utilities, Wi-Fi that doesn't work, lack of air conditioning, stained carpet and walls, mold in the bathrooms, sloping floors and uncomfortable beds. .
