Slow Restaurant Service.
Although the quality of food at Shendish Manor's Orangery Restaurant rarely fails to impress, the standards of such service fail to equate in excellence. Previous guests of this countryside hotel have reported waiting upwards of twenty-five minutes for the arrival of their order.
negative:
Poor Wi-Fi Connection.
As should be expected with any rural dwelling, wireless internet connection tends to be poor. Many guests have held complaints with Wi-Fi inaccessibility in the residents' rooms. Although connection is sounder in the bar and restaurant, the speed at which browsing is permitted may be slower than what most are familiar with.
negative:
Worn Facilities.
Guests who have previously booked their stay with Shendish Manor have found themselves at odds with certain malfunctioning facilities. Some of the rooms containing A/C generators are often subject to the disruptive clanking, as such generators are a bit dated. Some toilets and key cards have also been reported faulty or inoperable.
