Positive Reviews
positive:
Exceptional location in the centre of Verona
Guests didn't really feel they needed to use many words to describe the location of the hotel. “Perfect” would be enough comment. But those who did explain said that it was easy to walk anywhere in the city they really cared to go, and also that it was a very “safe” location.
positive:
Fully equipped kitchens
Interestingly, while it seems that most guests did not prepare the bulk of their meals in the kitchen, but rather sampled Verona's restaurants, many still said that they really liked having it available for making snacks, and perhaps on occasion a more complicated meal.
positive:
Very modern décor
While not often mentioned, those who did were very enthusiastic about the ultra modern, and very sleek, interiors of the apartments. They seemed to enjoy the contrast of being in an ultra-modern apartment in the heart of the Old Town.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Difficult parking in the area
Firstly, it must be disclosed that the reviews of Opera Relais De Charme are simply overwhelmingly positive. Finding poor reviews was like finding Montague's and Capulet's on friendly terms. There hardly seemed to be more than one or two. One of the few issues that did come up was that parking in the area was extremely difficult. Of course guests understood that Verona is an ancient city built long before cars were invented and accepted that they might have to park on the outskirts and take a cab in to the hotel.
negative:
A few problems with Wi-Fi
Unfortunately the Opera could not seem to escape the poor hotel Wi-Fi blues. Guests mentioned the signal being lost every now and then.
negative:
No in-room tea or coffee facilities
While these were obviously available from room service, some guest would have liked the ability to make themselves a quick cuppa.
