Guests were very happy with the hotel's breakfast menu as the items were diverse and wonderfully prepared. Guests enjoyed the option of having breakfast delivered to their rooms. The dishes were in plenty and restocking was done in good time.

The hotel's workers are very warm and friendly. The fact that majority of the employees are confident in a number of languages was very encouraging for international guests as they felt their needs were easier to communicate and speedily met.

Well set with swimming pool and amenities onsite
The property is perfectly located in Oia town close to numerous points of interest. Restaurants, bars and shops are just a stroll away from the hotel. The swimming pool is fantastic, big and spacious. It does not get congested even during the peak season.

The low water pressure in showers
Guests often complained about the shower's water pressure at times being too low. Another concern regarded the faulty water temperature controls in some of the showers.

Some rooms had no air conditioners
A number of guests found fault with the fact that there was no air conditioning in their rooms. Depending on the season in which you choose to stay at the hotel, the room temperatures can get to be pretty high. In some cases, opening the windows was really not an option

Connecting to the Wi-Fi was hard
As the Wi-Fi available was weak throughout the hotel, connecting to it was very hard as the speeds were very slow and could only suit very light web usage.
