Generally, guests felt it was obvious staff members take care to practice good maintenance methods so the property stays in good condition even when it's heavily populated. Guests particularly liked the beautifully landscaped grounds, which include an adjacent lake.

Guests consistently mentioned that service is obviously a priority here. Specifically, they said all the staff members they interacted with during stays treated them with great politeness and did whatever they could to meet the needs that were presented to them. This kind of attitude often made guests want to come back.

Although some guests felt the rooms were a little basic in terms what they offered, most did not argue that they were impressively tidy. If you prefer to stay in places that are at least as clean as your home and perhaps even more so, keep in mind that cleanliness matters here.

Guests sometimes griped the breakfast would benefit from having more items from which to choose. Although guests usually noted the food tasted okay, they clarified breakfast got boring after a few days.

Guests were sometimes taken aback by learning they had to pay extra if they wanted to have kettles in their rooms. Furthermore, this property also charges for Wi-Fi access, which is offered in 30-minute blocks. Guests were not only upset about having to pay at all, but felt the charged rate was extremely high.

This property has many guests who visit year after year. Unfortunately though, those repeat visitors tended to remark that the property has gone downhill in some ways. Most notably, things that used to be free are now fee based.
