Negative Reviews
negative:
Small, Slow Elevators
The hotel has only two small elevators. It is advised that you pack a little patience as they are very slow. During peak times, the low capacity adds to long wait times. If you don't need the elevator or don't have a lot of luggage, you may want to take the stairs.
negative:
Still Not Perfect
Despite recent renovations, guests still think some cosmetic touch-ups could help. Carpets are still quite old and need replacement, and the wall paint is chipping in several rooms. Several complains about inconsistent and poorly done housekeeping add focus onto the small imperfections.
negative:
Billing and Scheduling
Many guests have run into billing issues, including held-up payments and wrongful charges for items or services. There were also several instances of rooms being double booked or guests being given a room different than they requested.
