Negative Reviews
negative:
It could use a little more upkeep.
Many guests reported a variety of small maintenance and atheistic issues in the rooms, such as windows not shutting properly, cracks or holes in the walls, threadbare carpets, and worn furniture. In general they found the rooms to be tried, the decor outdated, and hoped that a renovation may be in the works soon.
negative:
The beds aren’t the best.
Though some guests found them to be perfectly fine, others felt that the beds were highly uncomfortable. They described them as rock hard, and some complained that they had a sleepless night because of them.
negative:
The rooms lack quality amenities.
Guests would have appreciated having tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Many also expressed that they would have preferred a larger TV than the 21-inch flatscreens in the room.
