Perfect Hotel & Hostel (Paris, France)

The location is a dream with a price to match. You are close to the metro, restaurants, and cafés. A plus is that the hotel/hostel is in a quieter quarter of Paris.

What a wonderful bonus. The Wi-Fi works fantastic, which is great if you need to stay in contact with friends and family or if you are travelling on business.

The hotel/hostel offers a continental breakfast that is pretty good. You get a free refill on coffee and juice too.

You're travelling and want to stay fresh; however, at the hotel/hostel the shower facilities may not be on your floor which means you may end up trotting down or upstairs to get a good cleaning. The shower is used by many people so you may find it a bit grimy. The rooms electricity is scarce too as there is only one plug to share with several other people.

Not indicating that this would happen to everyone; however, there's little control at the hotel/hostel. If something of yours goes missing, you have little help to try to recover it with help from the authorities.

There is no air conditioning or fan, so when it gets hot it's hard to sleep. If you open the window all the noise comes in. If you keep it closed, the room becomes an oven. If you can avoid it, don't go during the hot summer months.
