Orchard Garden Hotel & Suites (Nassau, Bahamas)

The hotel was found to be a nice place to stay in outside. The tropical garden were a nice setting to be in while you enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool. Guests lounged in the pool and enjoyed the plants.

The hotel is found to be in a good location by most guests who enjoyed being relatively near the beach. It is a short driving distance from restaurants and shops. The buses were also walking distance to explore the nearby area.

So far, no recent positive opinion has been expressed by guests about this hotel.

Most guests felt the customer service in the hotel was not professional. They could not book any activities listed in their brochures, they would not give replacement towels and it was an overall unorganized establishment. They felt the hotel should not be running any longer.

Guests complained the rooms were not clean and that housekeeping did not do thorough cleaning. The obvious signs of dust and dirt were seen. There were also many bugs crawling freely inside.

Most guests did not enjoy the rooms being outdated and in need of a renovation. Some utilities were broken like the sink, the showers or other. Guests did not feel like the price merited the state of the rooms as the basics were not taken care of.
