Tiring climb to the rooms.
Guests whose rooms were located on the upper floors objected having to climb several flights of narrow stairs on a daily basis as there is no lift on the premises. If you have any mobility issues it's advisable to ask for a room on the first floor.

Although guests found their rooms to be comfortable they reported several maintenance issues ranging from broken toilet seats, blocked shower heads through to slow draining sinks and ill-fitting curtains.
