Located in the charming center of the small, Romanesque town of Melle, the Glycines hotel and restaurant is open year-round. This restful hotel is the perfect place to unwind. Our lovely building, a former town house, has been awarded a Logis rating of two "fireplaces" and features a sunny terrace trimmed with magnificent wisteria. There are seven air-conditioned rooms, a seminar/banquet hall, and a gourmet restaurant rated three Logis "pots." Our team is always on hand to welcome you for an affordable brasserie-style luncheon. Our culinary duo, chefs Eric Caillon and Christophe Auger, have worked together for more than 20 years. Season after season their skill and ingenuity bring out the best of fresh, local ingredients, adding a modern note that enhances the richness of the region's terroir.
