Getting Around
If exploring Vancouver on foot is not your preference, why not rent one of the hotel's complimentary bikes. Please note that reservations are almost always necessary and recommended to be made early. In addition, there is a free Lexus shuttle service available to get you around town.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Street Noise
Several guests reported bothersome noise while staying in rooms facing the street. A couple of guests also said their A/C was too loud. If you're a light sleeper, you may wish to request a room facing away from the street, but bring earplugs as a precaution.
negative:
No Dinner
There are no dinner facilities on-site, only breakfast and lunch. Room service is available, but guests say the menu is limited and food is not impressive. With L'Hermitage being in downtown Vancouver, there are plenty of dining options right out the door and many more within walking distance.
negative:
See the Bigger Picture
The in-room TV is too small for most guests' preference. In addition, the television is placed too far from the bed to be able to see the picture clearly.
