positive:
Friendly staff and nice Parisian buffet breakfast.
Guests reported having personable staff members available on reception around the clock and said they were very helpful with things like luggage storage. On top of this, there was a nice little buffet breakfast on offer, and although a few guests were not happy that this was not included in the room price, it does seem to be free on the weekends.
positive:
Stylish, clean and comfortable rooms.

Negative Reviews
negative:
Smallish rooms and cramped elevator.
The rooms at Tilsitt Etoile were occasionally mentioned by guests as being a bit too far on the small side, while the elevator was also thought to be cramped, slow and apparently had the odd maintenance issue.
negative:
Sound insulation between rooms not great.
Some of of those who stayed here thought the rooms' noise isolation not fantastic, with a few people mentioning noise from street. On top of this, a good number more experienced disturbance from the hallways and other rooms.
negative:
Getting Wi-Fi connection an issue.
A few guests mentioned that they had problems getting a good Wi-Fi connection, but others did not appear to have had any problems so perhaps check up in advance if it is important that you have internet access.
